At Pathfinder DRX, we believe in supporting the whole person — professionally, emotionally, and personally. As part of this commitment, we provide every employee with access to an independent, confidential Corporate Chaplain.
Our chaplain is a trained, certified care professional who is available to walk alongside employees through real-life challenges, provide encouragement, and offer guidance when it’s needed most.
This service is private, voluntary, and free to all Pathfinder DRX employees and their immediate families.
What Our Chaplain Can Help With
How to Connect With the Chaplain
Our chaplain regularly visits Pathfinder DRX worksites simply to check in, offer encouragement, and be available to anyone who wants to talk.
If you prefer a private conversation, you can meet:
• During a break
• At lunch
• By phone
• At a mutually agreed time and place
Confidentiality You Can Trust – Confidentiality is the foundation of chaplain care.
Your discussions with the chaplain are:
• Not shared with Pathfinder DRX leadership or HR
• Never recorded in personnel files
• Only disclosed with your explicit permission
*Exceptions only apply when required by law, such as concerns of harm or abuse.
No Cost to You
The chaplain program is fully funded by Pathfinder DRX and is provided at zero cost to employees and their families. There are no premiums, fees, or enrollments required.
